Business days are Monday through Friday. We observe all US Federal Holidays. In stock items ship next
business day. In stock items do not include personalized favors, personalized games, diaper cakes, gift baskets,
or baby sock bouquets. Personalized favors & personalized games ship in 2 weeks or less. Diaper Cakes, Gift
Baskets & Baby Sock Bouquets are made to order and ship in 2-3 business days. Theme diaper cakes (i.e., A
Star is Born, Prince, Princess, etc) may take up to 5 business days to ship.
Shipping Information - UPS
You have a choice of UPS Standard to Canada, UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS Next Day Air, UPS Next Day
Air Saver, or UPS 2nd Day Air. Shipping rates are based on the delivery location and weight of your order.
To calculate shipping rates via UPS add items to your cart, select a UPS Service and click "Apply". You may
change your shipping method as many times as you wish without charging your credit card. Add this total to your
order form.
Canadian Customers
We ship to Canada via UPS Standard to Canada. Customers are responsible for any import taxes.

Returns
Any item that has not been personalized can be returned if it is in saleable condition. Personalized items may not
be returned unless an error was made on our part. If an error was made on our part we will work quickly to correct
the error and replace the item(s). All shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for
return shipping charges.
